Administrative users, schools, and vendors will have access to their G-3/5/7 specific roles in GoArmyEd and training in June 2013. Army Civilian Corps will begin requesting training and education in GoArmyEd on 1 August 2013 for classes that start on or after 1 October 2013.

You will use GoArmyEd to:
- View and approve Training Applications and SF 182 Authorization, Agreement and Certification of Training requests- Access the electronic Student Record, escalated help requests, and outbound communications of Army Civilian Corps assigned to your career program- Schedule on-duty classes- Track completed training within your Command
You have access to GoArmyEd prior to Army Civilian Corps accessing to allow you time to familiarize yourself with GoArmyEd functionality and to complete training.
You will receive a system-generated email in late May 2013 with your username and password.
You will use GoArmyEd to:
- Access a view only roster of Army Civilian Corps approved for G-3/5/7-funded training at your school (Updated Daily)- Process electronic invoices- Receive prompt payment through Government Purchase Card (GPC) - Post official course completion results directly to an Army Civilian Corps' Education Record
You have access to GoArmyEd prior to Army Civilian Corps accessing to allow you time to familiarize yourself with GoArmyEd functionality and to complete training.
For schools and vendors that do not already have an institutional account with GoArmyEd, will be able to request an account for the “New School User” link on the GoArmyEd homepage starting 20 May 2013.
For schools that already have a GoArmyEd account, the same primary points of contact, invoice administrator(s), and course administrator(s) will use their existing username and passwords to manage G-3/5/7 Army Civilian Corps invoices and grade submissions. The schools will be prompted to specify a G-3/5/7 Government Purchase Card Point of Contact.
Yes. In accordance with the Department of Defense Memo of Understanding, all schools and vendors accepting Army payment for Soldier or Army Civilian Corps tuition and fees will be required to use GoArmyEd to process invoices. Army Civilian Corps and Soldiers will not be authorized to use Tuition Assistance benefits at schools that do not agree to use GoArmyEd for processing invoices and inputting course completion/grades into GoArmyEd.
Your school may invoice monthly through GoArmyEd for all classes more than 19% complete at the time you submit your invoice.
Army Civilian Corps will not be included in the Tuition Assistance daily registration file sent to LOI Schools for Soldier enrollments. Army Civilian Corps will register directly with your school and will complete an SF 182 in GoArmyEd for Army funding approval. They will provide you with their approved SF 182 as proof that the Government has agreed to pay for the tuition and fees for the course at your school.

You have access to GoArmyEd prior to Army Civilian Corps to allow you time to familiarize yourself with GoArmyEd functionality and to complete training.
You will use GoArmyEd to review and approve Army Civilian Corps Training Application and SF 182 Authorization, Agreement and Certification of Training requests
You will be prompted via email to create an account in GoArmyEd once an employee that you supervise (as defined through Army Career Tracker) requests a Training Application or SF 182 Authorization, Agreement and Certification of Training request in GoArmyEd (starting 1 August 2013).
You will go to the Website www.GoArmyEd.com and request a new user account by entering your email address. As long as you are found Army Career Tracker and at least one Army Civilian Corps has identified you as their supervisor with a matching email address, you will be automatically issued a login.
You will use GoArmyEd to electronically access or process:
- Education Training Applications- SF 182 Authorization, Agreement and Certification of Training Request- Online management of drops and withdrawals- Complete Army Education Record- Toll-free Helpdesk Support available Monday through Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time- Proactive, automated email confirmations and alerts- Self-service registration for on-duty courses
You will begin creating your accounts in GoArmyEd in July 2013 and requesting training through GoArmyEd on 1 August 2013 for classes starting on or after 1 October 2013.
You will go to the Website www.GoArmyEd.com and request a new user account by entering your Social Security Number or Employee Identification Number and Date of Birth. As long as you are found in the Army Civilian Personnel System (HQ ACPERS) you will be automatically issued a login.
