Concept of Operations

Taskings are routed through the SRMC Current Operations Department where a composite tasking database is maintained. PROFIS activations are forwarded to the supporting MTF(s) based on The Surgeon Generals MODS database.

Request for Augment or Backfill personnel are routed through Regional Consultants (RC’s) or Subject Matter Experts (SME’s). The COD then tasks the appropriate MTF(s) based on their recommendation

A database is used to track taskers and provide reports. Weekly Current and Future Mandays reports are posted on the web. A quarterly report is provided to the ACofS Resource Management and other reports are generated at the request of RMC Consultants.
