Quartermaster School

The Quartermaster School (QMS) is a subordinate command of the United States Army's Combined Arms Support Command. QMS trains soldiers, civilians, and members of other Services and Nations in QM skills and functions. In addition to training, the QMS has command of the 23d Quartermaster Brigade and serves as a proponent on all QM matters. QMS is located at Fort Lee, Virginia.

Ordnance School

The United States Army Ordnance Corps is a Sustainment (formerly combat service support) branch of the United States Army, headquartered at Fort Lee, Virginia. In the United States Army, the term combat service support was until 2008, defined as the essential capabilities, functions, activities, and tasks necessary to sustain all elements of operating forces in theater at all levels of war. Within the national and theater logistic systems, it includes but is not limited to that support rendered by service forces in ensuring the aspects of supply, maintenance, transportation, health services, and other services required by aviation and ground combat troops to permit those units to accomplish their missions in combat. Combat Service Support encompasses those activities at all levels of war that produce sustainment to all operating forces on the battlefield.

The Transportation School is a subordinate command of the United States Army's Combined Arms Support Command. The Transportation School trains the Army Transportation Corps Soldiers and civilians and develops its leaders, supports training in units, develops deployment and movement doctrine, establishes applicable standards, and builds the future Army transportation capability. The Transportation School is located at Fort Lee, Virginia.

The Soldier Support Institute is a subordinate command of the United States Army's Combined Arms Support Command. The Soldier Support Institute trains and educates human resource management, financial management, recruiting and retention, postal operations, and music support Soldiers, civilians and leaders; develops complementary concepts, doctrine, organizations, and materiel in support of ARFORGEN to enable America’s Armed Forces to fight and win our Nation’s wars. The Soldier Support Institute is located at Fort Jackson, SC.

The Army Logistics University (ALU) is a subordinate command of the United States Army's Combined Arms Support Command. The ALU enhances the readiness and sustainability of U.S. Forces through training, education, consulting and research in Logistics, Acquisition and Operations Research Systems Analysis. The ALU is located at Fort Lee, Virginia.
