Overview: The Information Technology (IT) Community of Practice (CoP) is focused on improving the performance of the DoD IT Workforce by incorporating netcentricity concepts into every day work. The IT CoP has both community areas and private work spaces.

Growth Plan: The IT CoP will be developed by cultivating interaction within "sub-communities." This evolutionary growth approach allows the IT CoP to grow as resources are provided for a particular "need" area.
