The above website for the DOD Information Technology Standards Registery (DISR) keeps coming up as being not available. Is there a problem with the link or has the page been deleted from the DISA site?

    The site does work but it is CAC enabled so you need a CAC card to access it

      Great.  We have a requirement to implement DISR standards on our DoD project.  How do we get access without a CAC?
