Returns and Exchanges


Return and exchange policy

All requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt and the product must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories.


Returns  

To make a return, check your packing slip to confirm which vendor shipped your product, then fill out the return form on the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order.

  • For items from the Red Cross warehouse, please ship return form and item to:

Please note: Shipping charges will not be refunded for the return of unwanted items.

Did you receive an incorrect or damaged item? Please contact Customer Service to return the product at our expense. A replacement product will be provided, or you may request a credit to the credit card used to purchase the product.



Exchanges

To exchange unused or defective products and kits, you must contact Customer Service at customerservice@redcrossstore.org or 1-877-400-2286. They will contact you within two business days with further instructions.


What if I don’t have my original packing slip?

You can print a copy of your order confirmation and enclose it with a return form noting the return authorization number provided by customer service.


How do I check the status of my return or exchange?

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be issued. If you have any questions regarding the status of your refund, contact Customer Service at customerservice@redcrossstore.org or 1-877-400-2286 after the 5 business day waiting period has elapsed.
