C.A.S.A. (Creating a Service Attitude)

C.A.S.A. (Creating a Service Attitude) is an interactive training program "creating a service attitude" by focusing on service skills that you will continue to utilize beyond your years at UNT. This training will also include information on customer service and professionalism in the work place.

C.Y.A. (Creating Your Advantage)


C.Y.A. (Creating Your Advantage)This program is designed as a follow up to the C.A.S.A. training.  Create Your Advantage places an emphasis on internal customer service (C.A.S.A.’s focus is external customer service) focusing on areas including Diversity and Generational Relationships, Appropriate Office Behavior, Conflict Management, Communication and Work Ethic.

Student Employee Supervisors will learn how to be better supervisors. This workshop will help supervisors with setting expectations, addressing issues and setting up an effective work environment for a student employee.
