President Obama Owes Americans Answers for His 'Stimulus' Outsourcing

At his weekly press conference today, House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) said "the president owes every American an explanation" on reports that 'stimulus' funds were outsourced to foreign firms and workers, while the unemployment rate has been stuck above eight percent for 41 months.
