Human Resources and Workforce Development

This Bureau Division is responsible for providing personnel support services, retention and recruitment management, and administrative oversight and guidance regarding disciplinary actions and related human resources management policies and procedures. This Bureau Division also has responsibility for succession planning, workforce development, employee wellness and occupational safety programs, Workers Compensation coordination and drug and alcohol testing policies and procedures.
