Housing Partnership and Housing Coordination and Policy Council
The Housing Partnership was created to establish policy, create rules, and oversee the North Carolina Housing Trust Fund per Chapter 122 E. The Partnership is also responsible for the allocation of the Housing Trust Fund. It has 13 members and meets quarterly.
2012 Meeting Schedule
- February 2, 2012, 10 a.m., Telephonic / N.C. Housing Finance Agency, 3508 Bush Street, Raleigh
- Spring meeting: May 23rd, 9 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
- Summer meeting: Date TBD
- Fall meeting: Date TBD
The HCPC is a 15-member advisory group that was created by State statute in 1989 to strengthen collaboration among the State's housing finance and housing service providers. There are also a number of other resource members. G.S. 122A-5.12 requires an annual report of activities to be filed with the Governor and General Assembly.
