Aircrew Training Manager
Overview
The Aircrew Manager is the Aircrew members' voice at Coast Guard Headquarters.
As part of CG-711, the Aircrew Manager is tasked with handling a specific set of personnel concerns within Coast Guard Aviation. Specifically, the Aircrew Manager is responsible for:
- All aircrew issues at the Headquarters Level
- Developing and maintaining an "Aircrew Standardization Manual" for all Coast Guard aircraft types
- Developing and maintaining an aircrew career path for all Coast Guard aircraft types
- Representing field level aircrew concerns to CG-711
- Assisting the aviation detailers with aircrew qualifications management
- Review/Revise aircraft staffing requirements
- Partner with all Rating Force Master Chiefs, as well as with crew and non-crew management within each rating
