7th Army Noncommissioned Officers Academy

Effective immediately all WLC students must have a valid USAREUR computer account and a serviceable CAC card with a valid pin.

The 7th Army NCO Academy trains prospective and newly promoted sergeants with a focus on developing leader self-discipline and professional ethics; the skills and knowledge for leading, disciplining, and developing Soldiers; planning, executing, and evaluating individual and team training; planning and executing missions and tasks assigned to team-size units; and caring for Soldiers and families.

Our experienced cadre of small group instructors teaches U.S. Army, Europe and multinational Soldiers how to think, not what to think during our intensive Warrior Leader Course. Students graduate the course with the skills and the mindset to become noncommissioned officers -- the backbone of the U.S. Army.
