4th MEB Command Sergeant MajorCommand Sergeant Major Federico Boyce Enlisted in the United States Army as a Combat Engineer (SAPPER). He attended Basic and Advance Individual Training at Fort Leonard Wood Missouri. Command Sergeant Major Boyce served in light, wheel and mechanized units. He served in a multitude of leadership positions in and out of the Engineer field. CSM Boyce combat tours include tours in Kosovo, Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom II, V and XI.

CSM Boyce's military education consists of every level of training within the Noncommissioned Officers Education System in addition the First Sergeants Course, Drill Sergeant School, Equal Opportunity Course, Basic Instructors Trainer Course and the Combat Life Savers Course. He is a graduate of the United States Sergeants Major Academy Class 54.
