Although the U.S. Coast Guard Academy does not presently
require a Congressional nomination, we make every effort to provide
representation at service academy events hosted by Senators and members of
Congress throughout the country. These are events designed to introduce students
and parents to the unique benefits of a service academy education. They include
presentations from each of the five Federal service academies along with a
discussion of the nomination process.If you are organizing a Congressional event and would like
to request Coast Guard Academy representation, our Military Fairs Liaison
Officer is your primary point of contact. Every effort will be made to meet your
request for representation.
Please make every effort to make your request three weeks
prior to the event.
