    The Wyoming Advisory Panel for Students with Disabilities (WAPSD) will be holding public meetings at Little America, 2800 West Lincoln, Cheyenne, Wyoming on October 24 & 25 2012. The purpose of the Wyoming Advisory Panel for Students with Disabilities is to provide policy guidance with respect to special education and related services for children with disabilities in the state (CFR 300.167).
