The PIV Credential

Q: What do I do if I need to cancel my appointment to enroll or pick up my PIV Credential? A: If you need to cancel your appointment, you should:

Log in to GSA Online Scheduling System.
Click on My Appointments tab.
Select Cancel to delete appointment.
Click OK to confirm you wish to cancel the appointment.
You will receive an e-mail confirming that your appointment has been canceled. The e-mail is sent to the e-mail address you listed when creating your account.
