Use this form to subscribe to USAccess service email advisories for USAccess Center closures, scheduled maintenance, and system service alerts.
- USAccess System Advisory Alerts are sent with high priority when system issues affect Assured Identity Portals for Role Holders and/or Credentialing Center operations. These advisories will only be sent in the event there is an unscheduled event or issue with the system that impacts performance and prevents role holders from performing their duties.
- USAccess Scheduled Maintenance Alerts are sent to notify Role Holders and Credentialing Center managers of scheduled outages for system maintenance. These alerts will be sent out at one time at noon Eastern on the Thursday prior to the scheduled maintenance.
- USAccess Credentialing Centers Closed Alerts list all credentialing centers closed for the day. Updated Centers Closed Alerts are sent three times each day, 6:30AM, Noon, and 4PM (all times are ET.)
