Independent Foreclosure Review Program

If your primary residence was involved in a foreclosure process between Jan.1, 2009 and December 31, 2010, you may qualify for a FREE Independent Review of your mortgage documents and foreclosure process.
Eligible customers were mailed letters several months ago notifying them of this review process. As long as you were served foreclosure papers between that specified time you may qualify for this review. However, there are 14 different lenders that are participating in this program. If you have not worked with one of these fourteen lenders, you cannot apply. If you have sold the property, brought the mortgage current or even gave the property back to the lender, and your mortgage was held by any of these lenders, you can still be considered for this review.
The IFR review team will determine if individual borrowers are eligible to receive compensation for errors that may have occurred as a result of the foreclosure process. This is a free review, and you should not have to compensate ANYONE to have the paperwork completed. Don’t hesitate! If you believe you meet the general qualification, please call CCCS at (800) 922-9537 for specific lender information and to set up an appointment for assistance.
