Join a Group
How do I join a group?
To browse existing groups, go to the "Groups" tab. Once you find a group that interests you, click on it to view more information and to join! If the group is public, there will be a link in the upper right side of the page that you can click to join the group.
How can I change the notification settings for my groups’ activities?
When you join a group, you will automatically receive e-mail notifications when someone posts a comment or discussion. If you wish to stop receiving these notifications, go to the “Settings” page in your personal profile and click on the “E-mail” choice. You can then put a check next to the notifications that you wish to receive. If you wish to stop receiving any notifications about a group that you have joined, go to the group page and click "+Stop Following" next to the appropriate sections.
