As always, winds of change are sweeping through Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. Last year, the Lejeune High School Devil Pups took to the field with vigor, determined to find their foothold in the world of high school football.
This year, they return with a new attitude, new coaching staff and new outlook for the season. With head coach Darryl Schwartz in his third year of leading the Devil Pups' charge for victory, the LHS varsity football team is more prepared than ever to tackle every challenge that comes their way.
The Devil Pups' football team started their 2013 season over the summer, conditioning and training as a team. They fought against heat and summer thunderstorms to prepare for what they hope to be their best season ever.
