Anytime--During this e-course, you will learn about the influence processes in leadership and learn how to avoid being trapped into using ineffective influence.

Overview

During this e-course, you will learn about the influence processes in leadership; assess your use of influence with managers, co-workers, and subordinates; learn to interpret your Profile of Organizational Influence Strategy [POIS] scores; explore a variety of influence strategies; and learn how to avoid being trapped into using ineffective influence. To assess your learning progress of this course, you will also take an assessment at the end.
