Overview

Quality staff development and learning experience begins with quality lesson plans and curriculum. In this course, participants explore a blended evidence-based instructional design model which supports adult learning theory and fosters learner-centered instruction while accommodating all learning styles. Participants have the opportunity to develop a training topic from their real life work experience into a "no fail" lesson plan for delivery in their organization.
