House Passes 1099 Repeal With Overwhelming Support
On Thursday, March 3, 2011, the House of Representatives passed H.R. 4, a bill that would repeal the infamous 1099 IRS reporting provision enacted by ObamaCare. H.R. 4 passed by a vote of 314-112. Congressman Woodall voted in favor of the bill.
