policy does not apply to individual SADD chapters or state organization Web

SADD was founded in 1981 as Students Against Driving Drunk and currently sponsors
chapters called Students Against Destructive Decisions. Our mission, simply stated, is to provide students with the best prevention tools possible to deal with the issues of underage drinking, other drug use, risky and impaired driving, and other destructive decisions.

Learning More
A copy of our annual report can be accessed online under the "About Us"
section of this site. We are also happy to mail out a copy of our current
annual report at no charge. Visitors may request a copy through our e-mail
address or call us, toll-free, at 877- SADD-INC (877-723-3462).
We participate on GuideStar, the online standard for nonprofit accountability.

Information We Collect & How We Use It
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes
only the consumer's domain name but not the e-mail address (where possible).
We collect information volunteered by the visitor, such as survey information,
chapter registrations, programming requests, and mailing list signups.
The information we collect is used to provide information and services to
registrants according to their requests and to conduct the business of the
organization. SADD will not sell your information to other businesses or organizations.
We make available our chapter registration information to SADD state coordinators
in the states of registration and to agents of the organization necessary
to perform our business.
We
will perform mailings or other communications to our chapter and mailing lists
upon request of select government, corporate, and nonprofit partners in circumstances
that advance the mission of the organization. We do not sell any of the names,
e-mail addresses, or other information that we collect.
A Note about Donor Information
We maintain records of all financial contributions made to SADD. Personal
information is private and confidential. SADD may contact donors with further
communications via the Web, US Postal Mail, or telephone. If you wish to restrict

We collect anonymous information from our Web server about your visit to our
site in order to monitor general traffic patterns on our site. This information
is collected and stored in paper files, and benchmark data is maintained on
