Important SORNs Update Information

This page contains links to current DOL Privacy Act System of Records Notices (SORNs). When the Department of Labor adds a new system or updates or withdraws a system, the change will be reflected on this site as soon as possible after the effective date indicated in the Federal Register Notice announcing the action. On January 11, 2012, the Department published a notice in the Federal Register proposing to add five new SORNs and to amend five existing SORNs; the notice is available at the following location. These new and amended SORNs became effective on March 6, 2012.
