ENGINEER AND SCIENTIST DEVELOPMENTAL PROGRAM (ESDP)
The Engineer and Scientist Developmental Program (ESDP) develops entry-level engineers and scientists into fully qualified NAVAIR professionals. It’s a program that provides thorough understanding of our technical capabilities and mission requirements. After completion, you’ll have what it takes to be a well-rounded, high-performing, highly motivated scientist or engineer.
The program includes the following features:
