The Federal Business Opportunities website (FedBizOpps) is mandated by the Federal Acquisition Regulations - Subpart 5.2 (FAR 5.2) as the single government point-of-entry for Federal procurement opportunities over $25,000. Therefore, it is recommended that vendors register in FedBizOpps to receive notices based on a specific North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS).

The following Electronic Commerce portals are used by DOI organizations to enhance communication with the vendor community, allowing registered users to create and submit responses (quotes, bids, proposals, etc.) electronically.

For Business Opportunities with the National Business Center (NBC) and the following DOI organizations: Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM), Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE), Office of Surface Mining, Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM), Office of the Secretary of the Interior (OS), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
