Client Solutions

By strategically leveraging customer relationships, the Client Solutions Division supports the missions and goals of GSA and promotes the value of all PBS organizations and business lines.  Our work is guided by three key goals--customer intimacy, operational excellence, and innovation. We serve as the focal point for account management and congressional services, working closely with clients to develop strategic business plans for their real estate needs. 

The division is composed of two branches:  The Account Management Branch directs clients' real estate initiatives. The Regional Account Managers (RAMs) lead the region in addressing national customer issues through building customer relationships, understanding customer needs,and facilitating effective solutions.  Regional Customer Action Plans (RCAPs) provide PBS associates with the information they need to have before they begin transactions with PBS customers. Federal agency clients may direct any questions to the appropriate Account Manager(s) listed below.

The Congressional Services Branch is a single point-of-contact for congressional offices located in the region on all matters related to GSA.  Account managers in this branch partner partner with the appropriate GSA business lines to find solutions for Member’s issues such as coordination of transition services.
