ARMY CAREER & ALUMNI PROGRAM

The Army Career and Alumni Program (ACAP) was created by the Army to provide world-class transition and job assistance services to the Soldiers and civilian employees and their family members who have selflessly served their nation. The program is mandated by Congress and embedded in Army and DoD policy. As a leader, you should have a thorough understanding of the program and be able to counsel your Soldiers and employees regarding their right to use the program. More importantly, the program will have a direct impact on you and the future of your Army. The purpose of this website is to clarify many of the misunderstandings associated with the program and to help you better understand the facts about this important Army initiative.
