Hotel Information
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission’s (NRC’s) 25th Annual Regulatory Information Conference (RIC) is being held from Tuesday, March 12 through Thursday, March 14, 2013, at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel and Conference Center.
Although the NRC does not endorse any particular commercial lodging, for the convenience of RIC participants, a limited number of sleeping rooms have been reserved at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel and Conference Center. We anticipate the block of rooms to be available in late September. It is important to note that rooms inside the block are very popular and tend sell out extremely fast. Room block pricing is subject to availability at the current government per diem rate. Reservations can be made online via the RIC conference page or by calling the hotel directly at 1-877-212-5752.
If the Bethesda North Marriott is your preferred hotel, you can always check back with the Marriott reservations desk closer to the date of the conference for cancellations and possible room availability at the group rate.
Location
The Bethesda North Marriott Hotel and Conference Center is located at 5701 Marinelli Road, North Bethesda, Maryland 20852. The Conference Center is adjacent from the White Flint Metro Station and diagonally located from Marriott Hotel and NRC Headquarters. Nearby airports include Baltimore-Washington International (BWI), Washington Dulles (IAD), and Reagan National (DCA).
