AFRPA Mission Video ~ The Air Force Real Property Agency is responsible for acquiring and disposing of Air Force-controlled real property worldwide. AFRPA also manages property transfer and environmental remediation activities at former Air Force bases closed or realigned under the Base Closure and Realignment Act of 1988 and the Defense Base Closure and Realignment Act of 1990 (BRAC).
tabEnhanced Use Lease 
An Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) is an Air Force asset management tool which leverages underutilized non-excess real property to gain maximum returns for the benefit of the Air Force. EUL tenants utilize the real property asset in a manner that can serve a commercial or public benefit and that supports Air Force missions and goals. EUL tenants are typically selected via a competitive process (e.g. Request for Qualifications).
