COMMAND CHAPLAIN
Provide for the spiritual and religious needs of all TACOM personnel through pastoral care and counseling, religious programs, workplace and hospital visitation and memorial services.

CORPORATE HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTORATE (G1)
Integrates the human resources management processes for the TACOM community and assures the quality of human resources management business processes throughout the Command.

CORPORATE INFORMATION OFFICE (G6)
Serves as the principal staff assistant, focal point and advisor to the Command Group of TACOM for planning policy oversight of Information Technology (IT) and Business Process Reengineering (BPR) across the Command. Responsible for providing the command with Information Technology strategic planning, governance and business collaboration.

Institutionalize Enterprise IT Investment oversight partnership with Business Groups to maximize on IT business value.

Conduct enterprise-wide review of IT sustainment support and services to reduce Total Cost of Ownership.

Perform continuous process improvement by employing BPR and lean management techniques.

HEADQUARTERS COMPANY
Provide administrative support, counsel, guidance and assistance to all military personnel either attached or assigned to TACOM, U.S. Army Garrison -Detroit Arsenal, and tenant units.

INSPECTOR GENERAL
To support and serve the Commander and TACOM Community by providing a system to resolve problems, investigate allegations and conduct inspections in a thorough and confidential manner and to guard against reprisal.

INTELLIGENCE AND SECURITY (G2)
Provide intelligence, security, and antiterrorism/force protection support to TACOM and tenant personnel, and their supporting contractors.

INTERNAL REVIEW AND AUDIT COMPLIANCE OFFICE
Direct, coordinate and carry out the Command and PEO Internal Audit and Compliance Programs.

LOGISTICS, ENGINEERING, AND ENVIRONMENTAL (G4)
Plan, program, administer, and execute all internal Logistics, Engineering, and Environmental programs for all TACOM Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) organizations and activities. Serve as the principal staff and advisor to the Commanding General for all Logistics, Engineering, and Environmental for the TACOM LCMC.

Materiel Release is a process to ensure that Army materiel is safe, suitable, and supportable before issue to gaining MACOMs.

OFFICE OF EQUAL OPPORTUNITY

PUBLIC AFFAIRS AND COMMUNITY RELATIONS OFFICE
Serves as the advisor to the Commander on information matters; represent the Commander and serve as the point of contact for external, internal, local, and national news media. Administers and executes the Department of Army's prescribed military history program through AMC for TACOM and its respective organizational elements, assigned PEOs, PMs, activities and centers.

READINESS INTEGRATION DIRECTORATE (G3)
Serves as the command's single entry point and functional integrator for mission specific operational issues or requests related to unit equipment readiness. The office reports, and remains, an integral part of the Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC).

RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (G8)
The Assistant Chief of Staff for Resource Management provides integration, oversight and policy implementation for resource management activities, including program and budget development; managerial accounting; cost and systems analysis; and manpower management in support of TACOM its partner organizations, including The Army's Program Executive Officers (PEOs) and Research and Development Centers located in Warren.

SAFETY OFFICE
TThe TACOM Safety Office located in Warren, Michigan serves as the TACOM HQ Command Safety Office. The Safety Office's mission is to manage a single Command Safety Program that incorporates all aspects of personnel and materiel safety applicable to TACOM, all subordinate organizations, installations, and tenant activities. Subordinate locations include: TACOM Rock Island, Rock Island Arsenal, Anniston Army Depot, Red River Army Depot, Sierra Army Depot, Watervliet Arsenal and the Lima Army Tank Plant. Safety program elements include system safety engineering, occupational safety and health, radiological, laser and explosive safety.

SECRETARY OF THE GENERAL STAFF
Assists the Commander and Command Group in the supervision, direction, and execution of the activities of the U.S. Army TACOM Life Cycle Management Command (TACOM) staff elements.

STRATEGIC PLANNING AND TRANSFORMATION OFFICE (G5/G7)
Mission responsibilities include strategic planning, LCMC implementation, Lean Six Sigma deployment, BRAC transformation, and infrastructure facilities coordination.
