Applied Language Learning

Applied Language Learning is a Professional Bulletin (PB65) authenticated the United States Army Chief of Staff and the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army. It is an international refereed journal published by the Provost Office of the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center and the Presidio of Monterey. 

Applied Language Learning (US ISSN 1041 679X and US ISSN 1041-6791 for the online version) provides a forum for the exchange of ideas and informa¬tion on instructional methods and techniques, curriculum and materials develop¬ment, assessment of needs within the profession, testing and evaluation, and implications and applications of research from related fields such as linguistics, education, communications, psychology, and the social sciences.

Dialog on Language Instruction

Dialog on Language Instruction is semiannual refereed journal published by the Provost Office of the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center and the Presidio of Monterey.  Its mission is to promote professional development program of DLIFLC faculty and staff and to encourage professional communication within worldwide Defense Foreign Language Program.
