The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) officially granted a trademark in September, 2010 for the Committee on National Security Systems (CNSS) logo. As a registered trademark, the validity and integrity of the CNSS logo will be protected from unauthorized and improper use.
The CNSS logo appears on all policies, instructions, directives, advisory memorandums, PKI tokens, etc., approved by the CNSS for National Security Systems (NSS) usage.

For official use of the CNSS logo, please fill out the application electronically and email it back to the CNSS for review and approval by the CNSS Secretariat Manager.
