Enterprise Management
The mission of the Enterprise Management (EM) directorate is to cultivate superior and collaborative service delivery through a culture of integrity, excellence, and respect.
About
EM is the corporate integrator and provides the framework for bridging functional gaps among WHS directorates to secure mission accomplishment and achieve strategic goals across the Office of the Director of Administration and Management (ODA&M). This is accomplished through:
- Integration: Delivering integrated support and services to proactively manage and continuously improve business results
- Performance: Systematically measuring and analyzing performance via standard processes and tools
- Governance: Maintaining strategic corporate policy and evolving competencies for agile operations and business continuity
- Strategy: Utilizing cross-directorate activities and common business interests to influence strategic planning and policy execution
- Customer Service: Providing standard delivery channels and performance metrics to provide a uniform customer service experience
- Workforce: Leveraging a diverse and functionally competent workforce to meet strategic goals
As the analyst and integrator across the ODA&M/WHS enterprise, EM delivers a portfolio of operational and governance capabilities needed to create, sustain, and continuously improve performance standards for quality, timeliness, cost reduction, and service delivery excellence.
Leveraging performance management and consumer insight capabilities, EM identifies opportunities to increase efficiency and informs decisions about the administrative, operations, and strategic planning services it provides to its customers.

- DoD Shuttle Bus Program - For Pentagon and Mark Center shuttle bus information and schedules
- DoD NCR Mass Transit Benefits Program - To apply for and receive monthly commuter benefits
- Equal Employment Opportunity Programs Diversity Program - For information about EEOP’s Diversity Program and Working Group
- Small Business Programs - For Small Business Programs information, regulations, and requirements
- Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) - To submit feedback on organizational functions
- WHS Pipeline - For current and past issues of WHS’s flagship newsletter which provides the latest organizational news and information
- WHS Travel Program - For information on the various travel options available to WHS employees The Travel Program consist of three main areas
- Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) - For customer performance metrics and task tracking
- InfoNet - To inquire about using digital information kiosks in the Pentagon and Mark Center to promote events and initiatives
