The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Office of Small Business Programs is dedicated to promoting the maximum utilization of small businesses to fill WHS acquisition requirements whenever practicable. To this end, WHS offers several outreach programs designed to provide acquisition information to interested small businesses and to provide those small businesses with information and guidance on procedures for marketing to WHS, the Department of Defense, and the federal government in general.
