Monthly Natural Gas Gross Production Report

Released: September 28, 2012

Monthly natural gas gross withdrawals estimated from data collected on Form EIA-914 (Monthly Natural Gas Production Report) for Federal Offshore Gulf of Mexico, Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Wyoming, Other States and Lower 48 States. Alaska data are from the State of Alaska and included to obtain a U.S. Total.

Natural Gas Monthly

Released: September 28, 2012

Highlights activities, events, and analyses associated with the natural gas industry. Volume and price data are presented each month for natural gas production, distribution, consumption, and interstate pipeline activities. Producer related activities and underground storage data are also reported.

 
Electric Power Monthly

Released: September 25, 2012

Provides monthly statistics at the State, Census division, and U.S. levels for net generation, fossil fuel consumption and stocks, quantity and quality of fossil fuels, cost of fossil fuels, electricity sales, revenue, and average revenue per kilowatthour of electricity sold.

Quarterly Coal Distribution

Released: June 26, 2012

The Quarterly Coal Distribution Report (QCDR) provides detailed U.S. domestic coal distribution data by coal origin State, coal destination State, mode of transportation, and consuming sector. Quarterly data for all years are preliminary and will be superseded by the release of the corresponding Annual Coal Distribution Report.

Electric Sales, Revenue, and Price

Released: September 27, 2012

Annual report providing State totals for sales, revenue, customer counts, average retail price and average monthly bills.

Green Pricing and Net Metering Programs

Released: September 24, 2012

This report provides detailed information on the number of electric industry participants and their customers in these programs for 2010. The number of customers in green pricing programs grew by 8 percent in 2010, reaching a new high of 1,216,582 out of a nationwide customer base of 144,140,258. The number of net metering customers reached a new high of 155,841 in 2010, 61 percent more than in 2009. (archived versions)

 
U.S. Crude Oil, Natural Gas, and Natural Gas Liquids Reserves Annual Report

Released: August 1, 2012

U.S. proved crude oil and natural gas reserves achieved record annual volumetric increases in 2010. Crude oil proved reserves increased by 13 percent, the highest volume of proved reserves since 1991. Natural gas proved reserves increased by 12 percent to 300 trillion cubic feet for the first time.

 
Annual Coal Report

Provides information about U.S. coal production, number of mines, prices, productivity, employment, productive capacity, and recoverable reserves to a wide audience, including Congress, Federal and State agencies, the coal industry, and the general public.

State Energy Data System

Released: June 29, 2012

The State Energy Data System (SEDS) is the U.S. Energy Information Administration's (EIA) source for comprehensive State energy statistics. Included are estimates of energy production, consumption, prices, and expenditures broken down by energy source and sector. Production and consumption estimates begin with the year 1960 while price and expenditure estimates begin with 1970. The multidimensional completeness of SEDS allows users to make comparisons across States, energy sources, sectors, and over time. (archived versions)

Alternative Fuel Vehicle Data

Released: May 4, 2012

This report contains data on the number of onroad alternative fuel vehicles and hybrid vehicles made available by both the original equipment manufacturers and aftermarket vehicle conversion facilities and data on the use of alternative fueled vehicles and the amount of fuel they consume. The Annual Coal Distribution Report (ACDR) provides detailed information on domestic coal distribution by origin State, destination State, consumer category, and method of transportation. Also provided is a summary of foreign coal distribution by coal-producing State. All data for the report year are final and this report supersedes all data in the quarterly distribution reports.

Released: June 1, 2011

Covers coal production, consumption, exports, imports, stocks, and delivered coal prices. It also details regional and State-level coal production, national coal consumption, and some of the developments that occurred in the coal industry.
