Tri-Border Exchange

The Tri-Border Exchange serves customers in Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands. The primary location for the exchange is ½ hour outside of Frankfurt in Wiesbaden, Germany. Wiesbaden is located right on the Rhine River and is home to the Army’s 1st Armored Division, US Corps of Engineers Europe District, and the Department of Defense Schools Europe, as well as the European Exchange Headquarters. The Wiesbaden area is home to more than 12,500 military and civilian personnel.

On behalf of the managers and staff, we pledge to offer courteous and friendly service to all authorized patrons. We truly serve the best customers in the world. We encourage you to shop with us in your friendly neighborhood exchange or shop with us online at www.shopmyexchange.com.

If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, please speak with a manager or supervisor while you are in a facility. You will receive the utmost attention as our management team is empowered to take care of your needs immediately. You may also contact me directly, via email or by phone at: DSN 334-2348/COM 06134-204810.

Facility/Service Information

The main exchanges are located in Schinnen, Chievres, Wiesbaden, Bamberg, and Schweinfurt. The Tri-Border Exchange is one of the largest exchanges in the world, so you will have no trouble finding shopping, dining, and services near your home. Please take a look at our map for locations for all our facilities.

For Your Information

You may use the Military Star Card or other major credit cards at all our retail stores and most concessions. You may apply for an Exchange Military Star Card at any of the main exchanges.

Your exchange operates on funds generated through sales of merchandise and services, not tax dollars. Profits go directly back to the Morale, Welfare, and Recreation fund.

We appreciate your patronage and consider our military and their families to be the best customers in the world!
