Welcome to the Black Employment Program (BEP). We invite your suggestions on ways to improve employment and advancement opportunities, to improve service to our customers and associates and to provide a safe and comfortable environment in which to work.

Our goal is to ensure equal employment opportunity in the hiring, advancement and training of black associates. We strive toward the achievement of a civilian work force in which Black associates are represented in every organizational element, occupational series and grade levels commensurate with their representation in the relevant civilian workforce.

The community of African American / Black B.R.I.D.G.E. employees is the largest minority representation within AAFES with approximately 10,000 associates.
