Clark, the CFC unit coordinator for EUCOM Public Affairs, the Combined Federal Campaign Special Merit Award. The Special Merit Award is the top CFC award and given to only one unit. The award recognized outstanding achievement in improvement in average dollar gifts, total contributions and overall participation. Public Affairs had 100% participation, which was a 50% increase over the 2008 campaign, and also achieved an average contribution of $491. 91, which was a 90% increase.
