Protecting and enforcing the intellectual property rights (IPR) of U.S. businesses in China is critical to the success of U.S. industry. Staying informed on the latest developments in China is integral to this effort. The International Trade Administration at the Department of Commerce developed a China IPR Webinar Series to provide U.S. small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) with regular opportunities to learn about legal changes, share best practices and keep up-to-date on other IPR-related issues in China. This program brings together the expertise of volunteer attorneys and policy makers to provide crucial (and otherwise expensive) advice to U.S. companies, and in particular SMEs, at no charge.
Please see below for a list of upcoming and past webinars in this series. A limited number of archived past webinars are currently available for viewing and more will be made available soon.
