Even after registering their trademarks in China, some U.S. companies become frustrated when they learn that goods bearing their China-registered mark are being exported from China.  One of the first steps U.S. companies can take in enforcing their trademarks in China is to record the mark with Chinese customs.  In this webinar Michele Ferrante, partner at S & F Law firm in Shanghai, explains the process to record your trademark registrations with Chinese customs.
