TA QALI, Malta (Nov. 16, 2010) -- Eurasia Partnership Capstone 2010 (EPC 10) participants come together in a teambuilding exercise by competing in obstacle courses. The groups were randomly selected to encourage participants from each country to work together. EPC is a maritime forces conference designed to build relationships and partnerships, and aims to improve interoperability between Eurasian nations through workshops and seminars.
