Provide regional oversight and management of fuel/energy resource distribution, inventory control, quality surveillance, facility maintenance/modernization & environmental compliance in the Pacific area of responsibility, which includes five DLA Energy offices and 67 defense fuel support points with over 25 million barrels of fuel. Advise U.S. Pacific Command J4 on wholesale distribution issues and complement the mission of the Joint Petroleum Office to ensure the most effective and efficient energy/ petroleum, oil and lubricant support to the warfighter.
