Strategic planning is an organization's process of defining its goals and direction in order to allocate resources to pursue this vision. A link is provided to our draft strategic planning document and other supporting materials. Like all strategic planning material ours is a living document that will evolve as the C/NRCD grows and matures and responds to the needs of the Army of our nation.
