The U.S. Terminal Procedures Publications Change Notice is published in support of the Terminal Procedures Publications (TPP). The Change Notice (CN) is published at the 28-day midpoint in the 56-day cycle of the TPP and contains revisions, additions and deletions to the IAPs, DPs and STARs, which have occurred since the last issue of the TPP. The CN is vital to safe navigation because, although a pilot may have a current TPP, certain procedures within that volume may not be current because they have been revised. During flight planning or in the case of an in-flight diversion, it is imperative that pilots first consult the CN before making any decision as to which procedures are current at the airport of intended landing. The CN is available through subscription and internet download and through authorized Chart Agents. Subscribers to the TPP shall receive (at no additional charge) a number of Change Notices equal to:

A. The number of full sets they order.

B. The maximum number of any regional volume they order; or

C. Combination of A and B

A separate index shows the revision contained in the most recent edition of the CN.
