Jurisdictional Area

The jurisdictional area represents the state, county or city in which an alleged incident of employment discrimination took place.

The Savannah Local Office has jurisdiction over the State of Georgia Counties of Appling, Atkinson, Bacon, Ben Hill, Berrien, Brantley, Bryan, Bulloch, Camden, Candler, Chatham, Charlton, Clinch, Coffee, Dodge, Echols, Effingham, Emanuel, Evans, Glynn, Irwin, Jeff Davis, Jenkins, Lanier, Laurens, Liberty, Long, Lowndes, McIntosh, Montgomery, Pierce, Screven, Tattnall, Telfair, Tift, Toombs, Treutlen, Ware, Wayne and Wheeler; and the State of South Carolina Counties of Allendale, Bamberg, Barnwell, Beaufort, Berkeley, Charleston, Colleton, Dorchester, Georgetown, Hampton, Jasper, and Williamsburg.
