Import Via CSV
Have lots of jobs to fill? We have provided an upload tool that enables you to add a large batch of jobs via a comma separated value (CSV) file.
STEP 1
Create a CSV file with the following columns (a sample CSV file can be downloaded at the link below):

You must use the short form abbreviation for the category and level fields in your CSV file. The tables below show the appropriate values for each Category or Level.

You can create a CSV file in Microsoft Excel, or Numbers, or any Spreadsheet application that allows you to save as file-type CSV. Download the CSV template.
STEP 2
Fill in the spreadsheet with your jobs data. Put only one entry per cell.
STEP 3
Upload your file to TEACH.gov
