A storm system this week will bring accumulating snowfall to the mountains, including mountain pass roadways. While it is likely that terrain above 4000 feet will see significant snowfall, it is also possible (but still uncertain) that valleys of western Montana could also see light snow accumulations. Idaho will be affected by this storm as well, but precipitation should remain as rain at lowest elevations. Stay tuned as further details come into play with this approaching system. (click for more)
