Office of Trust Services Geospatial Support
Serving Indian Country and the BIA
- The October 2012 - March 2013 Training Schedule has been released! Please submit your registration forms at the end of the schedule to our email, otsgs@bia.gov, or by fax to 303-231-5229. We look forward to seeing you at our many training sessions.
- The National Tribal GIS User Conference will be November 5-9, 2012 and will be held at Southwest Indian Polytechnical Institute (SIPI) in Albuquerque, NM. We will be represented there so come by and see us.
- ArcGIS 10.1 software is now available for distribution to Tribal ELA customers only as of June 25, 2012! Please see the ArcGIS 10.1 Product List! This version of ArcGIS has not been fully tested by us and is used at your own risk. We will support you to the best of our ability, but there may be issues where our Help Desk will not be able to support you due to no familiarity with the nuances of the new software. In such case, we will gladly provide assistance with any issues you may have that we cannot support through ESRI Support Services. Feel free to contact the OTSGS Help Desk for any questions concerning this software.
- The Office of Trust Services has made the decision that the name, National Geospatial Resource Center (NGRC), will no longer be used. We will now be called Office of Trust Services Geospatial Support. Be assured that all current support and services will still be available. This is just a way to differentiate the way we are currently structured with how we were structured in the past. Thank you all for your understanding during this transitional period.
- The Office of Trust Services Geospatial Support is currently distributing v10.0 to the BIA. Changes affecting those within BIA using previous versions of the software who wish to upgrade to version 10.0, for those placing orders for ArcGIS for Desktop for the first time, or for those who choose to continue using previous versions that are currently pointed to the OTSGS License Manager server, use the links below for more information (this pertains to BIA users only):
